Santa Claus: Giver of gifts and hope.

 

Santa Claus is a believer in the season. He has been around as long as there have been children to believe in him, and he will be here until there are no more children left to believe.

 

Santa Claus comes from St. Nicholas, who lived in the North Pole hundreds of years ago. St. Nicholas believed so strongly in giving gifts to those who needed them most that he came down from his home in the North Pole with his two reindeer—Donner and Blitzen (or Thunder and Lightning)—to deliver presents to children who had been good all year long. As time has passed and population has grown, his team of reindeer has grown to nine.

 

One of Santa Claus's most magical powers is his ability to use Christmas dust to stop time so he can deliver all of his gifts on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day (depending on how many hours he needs). But most importantly he can't wait to meet you.
